Malenia Elden Ring – The Most Challenging Boss & Lore

Malenia, the Blade of Miquella, is a key character and Malenia Elden Ring optional boss in the game . Elden Ring, developed by FromSoftware and launched on 25th of February 2022, offers a wide open environment and deep lore, with Malenia Elden Ring standing out as one of the most prominent and hard bosses. Defeating her is a quite big achievement Compare to defeating any other boss in Elden Ring.

An optional boss but still the most challenging boss in the Elden Ring. This Creation (Malenia) of fromsoft is one of the most challenging boss from the Souls games. She is a Demi-God type boss and she is sleeping in the root of Haligtree.  Malenia Elden Ring has two phases Malenia, Blade of Miquella and Malenia, Goddess of Rot  in Elden Ring. She is the twin of Miquella. 

Lore Of Malenia Elden Ring: 

The other  twin sister of Malenia, Miquella wanted to become God and she asked her sister Malenia to become her consort and help her. Malenia agreed to it. Miquella wanted to kill Radhan so Malenia went there to fight with him. In that fight against Radhan on a point she released her power of scarlet rot. They were fighting in Caelid. You can find this part on the map. That place became Ruins after she release her dragon rot. After that fight she came back to the root of  Haligtree and waiting for Miquella. That is the time when we find her there and fight her.  

Location of Malenia, the Blade of Miquella In Elden Ring:

Find Ordina, the Liturgical Town, in the Consecrated Snowfield and solve the evergoal puzzle to get access to the summit of the Haligtree via a portal. From there, continue descending. At the bottom of the Haligtree, you’ll find a garden with a church, which has a lift within that will transport you to Malenia. How to get to there : 

• Step 1: Ride the Grant Lift of Rold : Collect the two piece of Haligtree Secret Medallion Left and Right. Return to Rold’s Grand Lift and repeat the procedure for typical use. However, this time, under the ‘Hoist Medallion’ prompt, there is now a ‘Switch Action’ prompt. Switch actions and take the lift to the Hidden Path to the Haligtree. 
• Step 2: Solve the Puzzle of the Liturgical Town : Once you’ve obtained the Map Fragment, head to the northernmost part of the Snowfield. While exploring around this area, you will ultimately come across a settlement known as Ordina, the Liturgical Town. After arriving in the Liturgical Town, it is time to cope with one of the most frustrating ‘puzzles’ in all of Elden Ring. Solve that puzzle if you can not See more how to complete it. A seal was broken in town’ is the message that comes when you’ve lighted all the Candle Flames. After that, you will be transferred out of the Evergaol, and the Waygate barrier that leads to the Haligtree should now be open.
• Step 3: Reach the First Site Of Grace In The Haligtree : Advance Through The Outer Haligtree & Reach Elphael. When you reach the Haligtree, you will see a portion of Elphael, the capital city of people who the world has abandoned. Malenia presently resides here, or rather, much below it, but nonetheless. You must follow the branches down through the Outer Haligtree, taking care not to fall off, and dealing with Oracle Envoys and Giant Ants as needed in order to progress. They keep going in this manner until they come to a long, wider section of tree limb, where a Large Oracle Envoy is standing guard above it with their Colossal Envoy’s Greathorn. Once you go beyond this maze of golden bubbles and descend the ladder, you ought to reach the town’s first Site of Grace, which is situated atop Miquella’s Haligtree.
• Step 4: Path Through Miquella’s Haligtree ‘Town’ : From here, all you have to do is keep going down Miquella’s Haligtree, which consists of a series of interconnecting passageways, structures, and tiny drops. It’s important that you lure them out and take them on one at a time. Continue to travel gradually until you reach the ‘bottom’ of the city (remember to activate the lift that leads back to the first Site of Grace). At the end of this region, past the Battlemages defending those long precarious plank bridges, you’ll encounter Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree. This is the true version of the spectre Royal Knight Loretta they faced in Caria Manor.Once Loretta has been dealt with, you can now ride a lift to Elpheal, then you will reach to prayer room. 
• Final Step: The Most Direct Path To Malenia :  You will be in the prayer Room. From there to Haligtree root site of grace watch this video. 

Tips to Fight  Malenia Elden Ring: 

1. A recommendation level for Malenia Elden Ring is 120 at least, ideally 125+, with weapons of +23 or more. You can’t really be overleveled for this fight.
2.  Fire and Bleed weapons are Malenis’s weak point.
3. She uses Slashing, Piercing attacks and Scarlet Rot in her second phase. so, get armors that will help to prevent these. 
4. Don’t let her regenerate health 
5. Don’t block Malenia’s attacks, but try parrying if you’re brave 
6. Use summons who are very aggressive Like Mimic Tear ( if you have a aggressive play style )  or Black Knife Tiche.
7. Back her against the wall in Phase 1 
8. Trying rolling back through her Waterfowl Dance combo. Run Back , Roll in Different direction Two Times. 
9. Play more defensively in Phase 2

Malenia has become a standout character in Elden Ring, celebrated for both her narrative significance and the memorable experience of facing her in battle.
